Hello faithful readers! I am sorry for my absence, as I have been inconsistent in my writing for over a year now. This isn’t goodbye to According to Kateri, I plan to still come here and write when I have something to say, something for you to read and hear.
But in the meantime, I have found a way to channel my love for writing with my complete love for cooking! So if you feel so inclined, please come visit me at Kateri in the Kitchen. I hope to see you there!

Remember Joy’s profession is a comedian. She always points this out. I watched this show and when she said that, she received lots of laughs. This is what she does. She also points out she doesn’t want to hear about what people think regarding her offending people. Says its a joke, get over it. And that’s what I’m telling you. She never said anything negative about nurses. She thought it odd that a person parading around in a swimsuit is not what you normally think is proper for a nurse. I have three nurses in my family so don’t think I don’t understand. I still think Joy is the best and funniest co host on the show. So get off your high horse And get over it.
